Dr. Vipin Parkash, Scientist of FRI Dehradun received prestigious “Adarsh Vidya Saraswati Rastriya Purskar, National Award of Excellence-2017”
Dr. Vipin Parkash, Scientist-E, Forest Pathology Division has been conferred with “Adarsh Vidya Saraswati Rastriya Purskar, National Award of Excellence-2017”. The award is conferred on him on 2nd day of December, 2017 by Award Selection Committee of Global Management Council which is an apex body that promotes and encourages commendable achievements from all over the country and Glacier Journal Research and Education Foundation, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for recognizing the outstanding contributions made by him in scientific research and education. He has been also nominated as a member of editorial Board of the Journal.
Dr, Savita, IFS, the Director and Vice Chancellor, Forest Research Institute (Deemed to be University), Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education, Dehradun, presented the award which was ‘Specially designed plaque, gold medal and certificates of Honour’ to Dr. Vipin Parkash, in recognition to the outstanding contribution made by him to scientific research and education through his efforts during inaugural ceremony of ‘HRD training to officials on edible and medicinal mushroom cultivation’ held at Forest Pathology Division on 15 January, 2018.
